Size of Housing Unit	House of up to 10 Marla/2720 sq. ft. Flat/Apartment of up to 1500 sq. ft.
Maximum Loan Size	Up to PKR 10 Million
Subsidized Markup/Profit Rate	First 10 years - 5% For period exceeding 10 years - 1Y KIBOR + 3%
