Job Title:     Senior T24 Application Administrator

Minimum Education:  Bachelors in Computer Science or related field

Minimum Requirement:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record
  • Strong communication, conflict management and problem solving skills
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of T24 Application

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AIX server infrastructure and its system administration staff including the design, maintenance, configuration and implementation of system upgrades and deployment of Core Banking services.
  • Administrative tasks will include equipment installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades, installation and configuration of software, developing scripts and programs to automate system management tasks and authoring documentation.
  • Administrative tasks will include: supporting backup and restore of data, business continuity methods and policies, system high availability and Disaster Recovery strategy and testing.
  • Administrative tasks will include: providing proactive monitoring of AIX systems environment and problem resolution, user support, system application support, Operating System support, hardware/software system installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Administrative tasks will include: supporting the procurement of cost effective and efficient hardware/software systems, maintenance of support contracts and maintaining environment documentation including standard operating procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for T24 single & multi-server architecture, Create T24 Environments and configuration.
  • Manage administration and support for Close of Business (COB) operations and tasks, provide application optimization support and monitoring for availability of services.
  • Identify, analyze, launch and ensure uninterrupted function of core banking and integrated applications, manage day-to-day activities for monitoring and keeping track of all issues for resolution.
  • Ensure 24/7 availability for troubleshooting and support activates, deployment of application patches and corrections, Provide support for FCM anti money laundering application.
  • Configure and troubleshoot AIX VIOS, LPARs and LVM related issues, manage file systems, automation scripts, schedule and GPFS for AIX platforms.
  • Provide technical support for integration of core banking application with Allied Systems through App Connect Enterprise (IIB), provide application optimization support and monitoring for availability of services.
  • Liaison with vendors to provide support and maintenance of AIX systems, identify, analyze, launch and ensure uninterrupted function of core banking application and integrated applications.
  • Manage day-to-day activities for monitoring and keeping track of all issues for resolution, ensure 24/7 availability for troubleshooting and support activities.
