Naya Pakistan Housing and Construction Finance Facility for Builders and Developers



Samba Bank Limited under guidance issued by the State Bank of Pakistan has launched the Naya Pakistan Housing and Construction Finance facility for builders and developers. Through this facility, Samba Bank aims to pursue Commercial Builders/Developers & Contractors with proven track record. The biggest feature of this package is that investors/builders/developers/contractors who were earlier working comparatively on a smaller scale will now make huge investment in the Construction Industry and will work on a larger scale.

Main Features:

  • Term Loans having maximum tenor of 5 years.


Years in Business

Builder/Developer must have at-least 5 years’ experience with good track record.

Maximum Exposure

 

Up to 50% of Cost of Project for which financing is being requested or Rs 500Mn whichever is lower. Cost of Land Procurement to be considered as Equity.

Collateral

Plot on which construction is intended to be done and/or any other residential or commercial property(ies). Third Party Collateral will not be accepted under this product program. Third Party would include/be defined as All Individuals Other Than (i) Husband (ii) Wife (iii) Father (iv) Mother (v) Son of the Director(s) and/or Shareholder(s).

Project Location

Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad/RWP along with their respective suburbs only.

Maximum Tenor

  • 5 years


  • Builder/Developer/team should possess a valid builder/developer license from Building Control Authority, where applicable a
  • There should be a clear and marketable title to the land, free of encumbrances, charges and liens on which the project will be built.
