How do I activate my Samba PayPak Debit card?
You can easily activate your Debit Card using Samba Bank's ATM card activation facility. Please follow the following simple steps:
-Visit any Samba Bank ATM
-Insert the card in ATM machine
-A 6-digit OTP send on customer’s registered mobile number
-Enter that OTP on ATM
-Then enter the 4-digit PIN code to set the ATM PIN
-Re-renter the PIN
-The card comes out and is activated

What should I do if my Samba PayPak Debit Card is lost or stolen?
As soon as you realize that your card is lost or stolen, please reportit immediately by calling our 24/7 Call Centre at (+92 21) 11 11(SAMBA)72622 or you can use our Samba Smart mobile app to ‘temporary block’ your card and immediately afterwards call Samba Phone for permanent block / de-activation. A new card will be replaced upon your request. You are protected from any fraudulent transactions made on your card from the time you notify Samba.
