- Applicants availing Fixed Rate financing will have the option of both variable and fixed rate on completion of 5 years fixed rate term.
You are eligible to apply for Roshan Apna Ghar facility based on the following:
- All Roshan Digital Accountholder with Samba Bank Limited with valid NICOP / POC
- Co-applicant / Nominee residing in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad and Islamabad (or nearby cities)
- In case of Co-borrower:
- Should be a Non-Resident Pakistani being a Roshan Digital Account holder with Samba Bank
- Option only available for the purpose of income clubbing
- Option available for both Lien-Based and Non-Lien Based Financing
- Up to 4 co-borrowers allowed
- In case of Co-Applicant:
- Can only be a Resident Pakistani
- Requirement of Co-Applicant is mandatory for Non-Lien Based Financing, however it is optional for Lien-Based Financing
- Co-Applicant can only be an eligible family member, which include spouse, parents, siblings and children
- Only ONE co-applicant is allowed
- In case of Nominee:
- Can only be a Resident Pakistani
- Option only available for Lien Based Financing or Payment by Self
- Applicant may appoint any individual as a ‘Nominee ’to carry out assignments on his behalf (which include family members, friends, lawyers, agency, etc)
- Only ONE nominee is allowed
- Age (Applicant and co-Applicant):
- Salaried: 20 to 60 years (it may be extended to 65 years based on provided applicant justifies that he / she can make payments even after retirement age only for lien customer)
- Self Employed: 20 to 65 years
- Employment / Business Tenure:
- Lien Based Application: Minimum overall employment / Business tenure will be one year
- Non-Lien Based Application: Minimum overall employment / Business tenure will be two years
The process is extremely simple and explained below for ease of reference:
- Submit your Digital Roshan Apna Ghar Application along with uploading your supporting documents.
- Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmatory message on your registered email address.
- We will contact you and your nominee for brief introduction and validation of the information provided by you in the Roshan Apna Ghar Loan Form.
Information and documents provided by you while opening your Roshan Digital Account would be assessed for processing of your Roshan Apna Ghar loan. If required, we may request you to provide other updated supporting documents.
Processing fee: PKR 4,000/- FED
Legal Report Charges: At Actual / Varies from Province to Province (Depending upon the Investment Amount)
Property Valuation: At Actual / Varies from Province to Province (Depending upon the Investment Amount)
Courier Charges: At Actual / The bank may recover courier charges from the RDA for the physical dispatch
Above mentioned charges are exclusive of Legal Agreement Charges and will be obtained at actual at the time of solicitation according to the financing amount. All government charges will be applicable as per law
